  • Details of Reiki sessions, Tarot readings, and other consultations.

  • Use client information solely for the purpose of providing Reiki and Tarot services.

  • Store physical records in a locked, secure location.
  • Ensure electronic records are stored on password-protected devices and encrypted systems.
  • Limit access to client information to authorized personnel only.

5. Disclosure of Information

  • Do not disclose any client information to anyone, including family members or other clients, without explicit consent.
  • In situations where disclosure is required by law (e.g., court order, mandatory reporting), inform the client unless prohibited by law.

6. Communication

  • Use secure communication methods when discussing sensitive client information (e.g., encrypted emails, secure messaging apps).
  • Avoid discussing client information in public or unsecured environments.

7. Client Rights

  • Clients have the right to access their own records and request corrections if necessary.
  • Clients can request the destruction of their personal information at any time, subject to legal requirements.

8. Training and Compliance
